As a Advance service manager, your responsibility will be to manage the IT Security services under security platform areas, your primary responsibility will be:
- Manage IT Security platform services such as Tennable, Security centre /Nessus, Splunk, Sentinel and Linux etc.
- Initiate and execute contractual negotiations for existing & new service. Actively participate in (and sometimes drive) defining service strategy, service roadmap, and risk management in cooperation with stakeholders.
- Ensuring that the Security Service follows relevant internal and external requirements and Supporting audit and inspection.
- Proactively engage in close dialogue with users and stakeholders across the Novo Nordisk global to understand the needs and usage patterns to recommend changes to IT security services and/or investments in latest technologies.
- Risk Management, IT compliance documentation such as CIL, NCs, quality plans etc. Prioritize Request for Change (RfCs) with Architect and Service Owner (delegate ).
- Manage the overall Budget management for Security Services along with System Owner, ensuring Novo Nordisk best practices are employed in management of Services.
Qualifications
- Master s or bachelor s degree in relevant field (Information technology, Business Administration), or any graduate.
- Should have 12+ years of experience in IT and 10+ years of hands-on experience as Service Manager in Service/System Management of Security Services/Systems or similar.
- Hands on experience in managing ITIL /Agile Process in Service Delivery and Capacity planning. Experience in Agile framework is good to have.
- Must have handled, worked, and collaborated for driving organizational strategies, and delivery excellence.
- Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, communication, and consensus building skills. You must have high cultural sensitivity and ability to work across cultures. Above all you have passion for excellence with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem solving and decision making
