Job Description:

As an AdOps Operations Executive at JustBaat AI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our advertising operations. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize their effectiveness and reach. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through targeted advertising strategies and maintaining high-quality standards for all ad placements.

CTC: 3-3.5 lpa

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to social media, search engines, and programmatic advertising networks.
• Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze data insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Implement ad targeting and segmentation strategies to ensure ads reach the most relevant audiences and maximize engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective ad creatives, messaging, and targeting parameters.
• Provide regular reports and insights on ad performance, trends, and optimizations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with advertising policies, regulations, and guidelines across all advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ad tech solutions, ad serving platforms, and ad optimization techniques is a plus.
