Overview

The Advertising Operations Specialist at Smartifai, Bangalore, is a pivotal role in managing end-to-end operations for digital advertising campaigns. With a focus on campaign execution, publisher onboarding, technical issue resolution, and product development support, this role requires 3 to 4 years of experience in programmatic advertising and technical expertise.

Job Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Execute day-to-day campaign operations, including setup, monitoring, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement best practices to enhance campaign performance.

Publisher Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with the Publisher Development Manager for seamless onboarding of new publishers.
  • Integrate Google Ad Manager (GAM) with publishers and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Work closely with publishers to optimize inventory and maximize revenue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Creative and Finance teams on a daily basis to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with various teams to address challenges and implement solutions.
  • Ensure cohesive coordination for successful campaign execution.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of Supply Side Platforms (SSP) and hands-on experience with Demand Side Platforms (DSP).
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, Ad Exchange, and the OpenRTB ecosystem.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to address and resolve technical issues promptly.

Product Development Support:

  • Work closely with Product Managers to assist in development-related tasks.
  • Provide insights and feedback on product features and improvements from an operations perspective.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in advertising operations, with a focus on programmatic advertising.
  • Proven experience in campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Experience in Google Marketing Platform, GAM and DV360 or other advertising platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SSP and hands-on experience with DSP.
  • Complete understanding of Ad Exchange, OpenRTB ecosystem, and programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with technical operations within the adtech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
