Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the digital operations team to ensure seamless execution of digital advertising campaigns.
- Assist in screenshots of live campaigns, setup, maintenance, and optimization of advertising campaigns using various platforms, including Google Ad Manager.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather creative assets, ad tags, and tracking parameters for campaign implementation.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accurate implementation and functionality of digital ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery, and provide regular reports and insights to the digital operations team.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, or delivery.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and generating performance insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper communication and coordination of campaign requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital advertising operations, including ad trafficking, campaign setup, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and generating insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, retargeting, and related platforms is a plus but not a must.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and advertising concepts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Education and Experience:
- Recently completed a bachelors degree in Marketing or related streams.
- Previous experience or coursework in digital advertising or operations is preferred but not a mandate.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms, such as Google Ad Manager, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting is required.
