This is a full-time remote role for an Adobe Targeted Developer. The Adobe Targeted Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized experiences using Adobe Target, as well as integrating Adobe Target with other platforms. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing website performance through A/B testing and personalization, coding and debugging, and staying up-to-date with the latest Adobe Target features and best practices.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Target, including experience with audience segmentation, content personalization, and A/B testing
• Experience integrating Adobe Target with other platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end development technologies
• Experience with web analytics tools and tracking implementation
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience with other digital experience platforms and technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Google Optimize, Optimizely) is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
