About the Role:
We are seeking a proficient Adobe Target Developer with over 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. As an Adobe Target Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing personalization and testing strategies using Adobe Target. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance user experiences and drive engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to optimize website and application performance.
- Create personalized experiences for different user segments using Adobe Target.
- Integrate Adobe Target with other Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Target implementations.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to define and execute personalization strategies.
- Analyze test data and personalization performance to provide insights and recommendations.
- Maintain documentation of test plans, personalization strategies, and implementation processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development, testing, and personalization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including setup, implementation, and development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products and integration with Adobe Target.
- Solid understanding of web analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional testing and personalization tools.
- Knowledge of server-side implementation of Adobe Target.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and user experience optimization.
