Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Adobe Experience Platform Developer at Nagarro in Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work. The developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Adobe Experience Platform development, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of digital experiences.
Key Responsibility:
- Develop, test, and implement multi-channel communications,and Journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer and setup RTCDP.
- Develop and modify responsive email templates while providing mobile-friendly design and employing best practices for email layouts and formatting.
- Prior experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and working with digital targeting and marketing automation technologies.
- Collaborate extensively with vendor partners, as well as internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work withtheengineering manager to establish support processes for Adobe platforms; evolve the processes to be nimble and responsive to changing business needs.
- Stay current Adobe best practices as well as other emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 5-10 Years of developing and implementing marketing automation solutions, with a focus on Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign & Adobe Experience Platform services (RT-CDP, AJO, AJA).
- Expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, consuming RESTful APIs & interacting with GraphQL APIs.
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows for seamless data movement and transformation between various data sources and AEP for data cleansing, enrichment, and normalization.
- AEP Data Preparation Development: Define XDM, create the data set, profile merge and segmentation.
- Implement data governance policies, and data usage labels and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Data Activation: Integration with Target, Analytics, AJO, Campaign, Destination Configurations, Export APIs
- Performance and Load Optimization: Optimize data processing performance and conduct load testing to ensure AEP can handle expected data volumes and user loads without performance degradation.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validations to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- AJO Journey Creation and Measurement: Implement, configure, test, and rollout new journeys, campaigns, configurations (Email, SMS, Push notification, Data Source, Event), Custom Action, 3rd Party API integration, Offer creation & decisions, Journey reporting & monitoring.
