Job Title: Senior Manager - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & Web Platforms

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 6-10 years

Salary: Up to 40 LPA

Position Overview: Major Indian FMCG is actively looking for a proficient and seasoned IT Biz Partner for Adobe Experience Manager & Web presence to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work with Marketing / Brand teams. You will be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining our Digital Assets including various Brand websites, content & community blog/content creation sites, with a primary focus on enhancing their efficiency, scalability, and overall triumph.

Responsibilities:

Lead AEM-based web platform development, including website migration, campaign pages, and cross-platform architecture. Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand experiences, SEO, and site performance. Drive large-scale AEM implementations and integrate new technologies like GenAI.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AEM (6.2+), MSM, Java, and web content management. Certifications in AEM are preferred. Strong hands-on experience in frontend/backend technologies and Agile/DevOps practices.

Education: UG in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
