Job Summary
As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of
AEM-based solutions. Your expertise in AEM development, including templates, components,
and workflows, along with experience in upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning, will be
crucial. You will also leverage your strong understanding of web development technologies to
create responsive and high-performing web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- AEM Development:
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and other AEM-related
solutions.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in AEM development and configuration.
- Upgrades and Migrations:
- Plan and execute AEM upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime.
- Ensure the stability and performance of AEM during and after upgrades/migrations.
- Performance Tuning:
- Optimize AEM performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
- Monitor and maintain the health of AEM environments.
- Web Development:
- Utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design to develop seamless
user experiences.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate AEM with other systems
and technologies.
- AEM as a Cloud Service:
- Implement and manage AEM as a Cloud Service, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Leverage cloud-based features and services to enhance AEM solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather
requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in AEM development and web technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of AEM development, including templates, components, and workflows.
- Proven experience with AEM upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
and responsive design.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
