Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) developer with strong analytical and engineering focus to join our Marketing Optimization team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data science & analytics, and architecture teams to engineer robust & innovative solutions and deliver insightful omni-channel analyses. As the Adobe CJA Developer, your primary responsibilities will include building quality-proof advanced dashboards, generating data-driven insights and formulating recommendations for optimizing key customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineer and develop sophisticated reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and customer interactions.
Implement AJO & CJA for constructing intricate customer journeys, focusing on analytical precision and engineering excellence.
Craft innovative reporting solutions despite product limitations to address out of box measurement requirements.
Identify and promptly address data discrepancies and quality issues using analytical methodologies & product (AEP/AJO/CJA/AA) understanding to maintain high accuracy index.
Conduct rigorous data analysis to extract insights, discern trends, and recognize patterns that drive strategic & time-sensitive decision-making.
Proactively pinpoint opportunities for enhancing customer experiences based on data insights and engineering principles.
Maintain meticulous documentation of data processes, methodologies, and engineering-based analysis results.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the onshore team to comprehend the overall strategy and articulate analytical insights & engineering recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4+ years of similar or relevant work experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with CJA workspace reports/dashboards & Adobe Analytics, properties configurations, report suite maintenance and analytical engineering.
Sound conceptual & functional understanding of AEP & AJO
Proficient in using MS Office reporting tools with a focus on engineering data solutions.
In-depth understanding of solutions within Adobe Experience Cloud and their integration with AEP, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Exposure to paid media integration is good to have.
Experience on BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau / Looker is good to have.
Passion for digital strategy, digital transformation, and marketing automation with an emphasis on analytical problem-solving is preferred.
Experience in the Sports, Media, or Entertainment industry is a plus.
