Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities We are looking for an Adobe Campaign Product Owner who will be a champion for campaign and workflow automation best practices. This role is crucial for overseeing the strategic and tactical aspects of Adobe Campaign functionalities and stakeholder project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of the relationship with email and SMS development agencies, overseeing campaign management and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, security updates, performance enhancements, and GDPR regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project delivery aligns with stakeholder requirements and deadlines.
  • Oversee the development and execution of CRM and digital marketing programs aimed at enhancing brand engagement across all digital channels.
  • Mentor and manage roles such as the Paid Traffic CRO Manager and Organic Traffic CRO Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

About You

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard or Classic, ideally with Adobe Campaign Standard Business Practitioner Expert Certification.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex digital campaigns and platform migrations, such as from Adobe Campaign to AEM.
  • Technical understanding of Adobe Campaign Standard implementation.
  • Design & build solutions on top of Campaign components.
  • Contributing to requirements gathering, solution and application design, development, testing and installation as required by the project.
