Job Description

PixelMotion Academy of Visual Effects (PIXM Academy) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Student Admissions and Onboarding Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiries to onboarding new students. This role involves communicating with potential students, explaining course details, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the academy.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the first point of contact for prospective students via phone, email, or in-person inquiries.

Explain course details, fees, timings, and required documentation to prospective students.

Assist with the application process, including form submissions and document verification.

Schedule and manage student interviews or admission meetings.

Maintain accurate student records in the academy's system.

Facilitate the student onboarding process, including orientation, course registration, and introduction to faculty.

Address any student queries or concerns regarding admissions and the onboarding process.

Follow up with students who have expressed interest but have not completed the admission process.

Work closely with the academic team to ensure seamless communication regarding new student admissions.

Collaborate on marketing initiatives related to student admissions, such as email campaigns or social media outreach.

Qualifications :

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.

Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an educational setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with admissions processes is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information discreetly.
