Job Title: Manager - Outreach and Admissions
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Manager for Outreach and Admissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract prospective colleges / universities and educational institutes with the enrollment process. The Manager will handle coordinating outreach efforts & ensure a seamless admissions process for all applicants from our channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive outreach and admissions strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective Colleges/Universities/Educational Institutes for our Channel Partners.
- Plan and execute events, including open houses, information sessions, and virtual webinars, to showcase and represent the organization to the respective institutes onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to support outreach efforts.
- Oversee the admissions process from application review to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all applicants.
- Utilize data analytics to track admissions metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance efforts.
- Manage the outreach and admissions budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize onboarding outcomes.
- Collaborate with academic departments, student services, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of outreach and admissions efforts with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to admissions and ensure compliance with organizations policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in outreach, recruitment, or admissions within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse channel partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of admissions processes and familiarity with admissions software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional information:
Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday)
Location: Koramangala Bangalore (This is a work from office profile)
