Job Title: Substitute Music Teacher (3-Month Tenure)

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Substitute Music Teacher to join our faculty for a tenure of three months. The successful candidate will step into the role of leading our music classes, engaging students in a rich musical curriculum, and fostering a love for music across various age groups.
Summary
Mahindra International School recognizes and promotes the role of Music Teacher as a pedagogical facilitator within the structure of the school. The Teacher collaborates with colleagues in implementing the academic goals of the department in line with the school s Mission and strategic goals as well as the IB Philosophy of education. The Teacher is viewed as a key influencing factor in the lifelong learning journey of students.
Main Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
As the Admissions Manager, you will be the face of Mahindra International School, serving as the first point of contact for prospective and current families. You will play a vital role in welcoming families into the school, managing the admissions process, and ensuring smooth transitions into and out of our school community. This position requires collaboration with various departments including the Director, Business Manager, and Principals to ensure the success of student admissions and re-enrolment processes. Candidates will need strong intercultural skills and a good understanding of the IB and the International Schools global markets.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead the admissions process with transparency, ethics, and support for new families.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for all new families through the admissions platform.
  • Coordinate annual re-enrolment processes, including data and waiver collection.
  • Analyse data to improve school functions, monitor admissions trends, and assess demographic changes.
    • Manage all written and verbal communications with prospective families, including website updates, inquiries, and applications.
    • Conduct school tours for potential families and collaborate with Principals and Directors to create informative materials.
    • Build relationships with local corporations, relocation agents, and others to promote the school.
    • Serve as the key contact for prospective families throughout the admissions process, from inquiry to enrolment.
    • Handle all stages of the student admissions process, from initial inquiry through enrolment, including application reviews and facilitating screenings.
    • Communicate decisions from the Admissions Committee and maintain waiting list updates.
    • Collaborate with the Business Manager on billing and fee processing for applicants.
  • Oversee re-enrolment communications, collecting required forms and medical updates.
  • Initiate withdrawal procedures and coordinate with the Business Manager on student departures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all admission records.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of student and family data, including archiving alumni records and managing compliance logs.
    • Monitor current and future enrolment data and provide relevant reports to the Leadership Team, analysing trends for strategic planning.
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Support the planning and execution of school meals and catering services for events.
    • Collaborate with the Director and Principals on community observations and feedback.
    • Take on any additional duties as assigned by the Director to support the school s mission.
