Role & Responsibilities:

We are currently hiring a motivated Sales Counselor to join our admissions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing personalized counseling to prospective students and their families.
• Guiding students through the admissions process.
• Converting inquiries into admissions.
• Making calls to new inquiries.
• Conducting regular and timely follow-ups with prospective students through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Meeting personal monthly targets.

This role requires a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required.

Salary: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift
