Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admissions Counsellor. The Admissions Counsellor will be responsible for promoting ONLINE UG & PG courses to potential students, assessing their qualifications, and guiding them through the admissions process. The role is located in New Delhi but offers flexibility for some remote work.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Conducting outbound calls (minimum 100-120 calls per day) to address student help and issues.
- Handling grievance and query handling related to academics and curriculum.
- Taking feedback from students to improve service quality.
- Managing admissions , counselling , closure , escalations, cancellations, and working towards student retention.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
- Handling student admissions , complaints and providing appropriate solutions within the time limits.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Responding to emails and requests based on the program.
Candidate Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and one or more regional language.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a admission counselling & customer support role will be an added advantage.
Salary - 12k to 45K Monthly
