JOB DESCRIPTION
- Discussing career and educational goals with students.
- Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress toward student goals.
- Displaying an interest in student development.
- Identifying student strengths and weaknesses.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of institutional policies.
- Using a Lead management solution to keep a record of the lead progress
- Assist students in course registration.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for student experience and ensure that their queries are handled & resolved immediately through emails, phone calls, etc.
- Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning.
- Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the relevant faculty and head of the department
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries
- Strong communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English
- Inherent ability to have engaging conversations.
- Passion for education is a must.
- Bachelor's from any recognized university.
- Proven Track records of Admissions.
- Should have demonstrated experience in handling complex problems
