Role Description-

This is a full-time on-site role as an Admission Counselor/ Student Counselor at Aimlay located in Rohini. As a counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to prospective students and their families, helping them explore educational options and make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission procedures, and addressing any queries or concerns. Additionally, you will collaborate with the admissions team to develop strategies for student recruitment and enrollment.

Qualifications-

• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in counselling and worked as a Academic counsellor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with students and families
• Knowledge of the education system, admission processes, and career pathways
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience in student counseling or related field
• Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
