- Assist students in completing application forms and submitting required documentation, ensuring clarity in the admissions process.

- Outreach and Recruitment:
- Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and high school visits to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors and community organizations to enhance outreach efforts.
- Advising and Counseling:
- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding their academic options, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities.
- Help students navigate challenges related to the admissions process and transition to college life.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and application status in the admissions database.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to inform recruitment strategies and improve the admissions process.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with fellow admissions counselors and staff to create effective recruitment strategies and enhance the overall admissions experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, student services, or a related role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse populations.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with admissions software preferred.
