The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in the job market context of India and should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to prospective students and families about the admissions process
- Evaluate applications and make admissions decisions based on the established criteria
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the institution's academic programs and admission policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Represent the institution at various events, including college fairs and high school visits
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-5 years of experience in admissions counseling or a related field
