SALARY UP TO - 42 K + INCENTIVES

MINIMUM1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN EDTECH SALES

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one academic advising to students.
• Assist students in developing educational plans and setting realistic goals.
• Monitor and track students academic progress and provide appropriate interventions.
• Advise on course selection, academic policies, and career pathways.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and stress reduction.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in academic counseling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in academic counseling or student advising preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Empathetic and patient approach to student needs.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools.
