We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping prospective students navigate the admissions process and make informed decisions about their education. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the job market context of India, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students with the application process and provide guidance on admission requirements
• Answer inquiries from students and parents about programs, financial aid, and scholarships
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs and campus tours
• Collaborate with academic departments to maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and curricula
• Maintain accurate records of student data and admissions statistics

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Familiarity with higher education admissions processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
