About the Role:
We are looking for you to lead growth at Rishihood. You'll have the opportunity to create a 1 to 10 journey in the establishment of a unique startup university. You will drive marketing, community, content, branding, admissions, and affiliate partnerships , identifying key growth areas & executing the plan.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline; a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Design is a plus.
Experience : Demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in the education sector or similar domains.
Target Achievement : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and admissions targets.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette, able to build and maintain rapport with prospective students and parents.
Communication and Organizational Skills : Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet applications; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Growth and Outreach : Drive growth by generating high-quality leads, managing the end-to-end admissions process, and executing targeted marketing initiatives for improved conversions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with academic, marketing, and administrative teams; ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Data-Driven Strategy and Analysis : Leverage performance metrics and data analysis to refine admissions and marketing strategies.
Institutional Development : Play a pivotal role in institution-building efforts by actively contributing to strategic initiatives.
