Role Description

This is a full-time, target-oriented, on-site role for an admissions advisor in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day student recruitment tasks, admission outreach, leads nurturing to application, application conversion to admission, addressing applicant queries, smooth onboarding, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• 2 years of experience in admissions and outreach within an educational institution.
• Sound computer skills and working knowledge of CRM software like Meritto (NPF), Leadsquared, Salesforce, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Demonstrated sales skills, ability to meet goals and targets
• Experience in Education or a similar field, with a focus on admissions and student recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
