Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students interested in UPSC preparation.
- Counseling: Understand students preparation status, educational background, and career aspirations to provide suitable guidance on our courses.
- Lead Conversion: Convince potential students of the benefits of enrolling in our UPSC coaching programs (online/offline) and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels until successful conversion.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, emails, messages) and provide detailed information about course features, fees, and admissions process.
- Maintain Records: Update and maintain accurate student information, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Admission Process: Assist students through the admission process, from form submission to payment and course enrollment.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students to improve outreach and counseling effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum graduate (any discipline). MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or counseling, preferably in the education sector.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Counseling Skills: Ability to understand students needs and guide them through course selections accordingly.
- Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into admissions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and achieve defined targets.
