Roles And Responsibilities
- Driving admissions and marketing as per the school targets.
- Planning & execution of end to end offline & online marketing for the school
- End to end point of contact for parents from enquiry, admission process, schooling years and pass out.
- Managing, guiding, recruiting admissions and marketing team to achieve admissions target.
- Ensuring enriched parents enriched experience as per Premia's vision and mission.
- Addressing parents grievances, issues if any by extending best possible support from school's end.
- Planning and organizing parent engagement programs for the existing parent and ensure parents satisfaction through relationship building.
- Admission lead generation through marketing initiatives, collaborations with playschools, corporates etc and converting them through counselling.
- Organizing events and representing school at promotional activities and events.
- Maintaining complete student records, data as per government regulations and affiliation norms.
- Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.
- Staying updated with school admission processes and requirements, school programs, and developments in education and financial aid in the city.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in admissions & marketing in reputed schools
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu preferred.
- Graduation/ Post graduation degree. Marketing preferred
- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and people reading skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized. Should take ownership and lead the projects.
- Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions
