We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Head to join our Vocational Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admission process, including grassroots mobilization, aggressive marketing, admission counseling, student counseling, social impact assessment, student seminars, and admission planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for grassroots mobilization to increase student enrollment
- Lead aggressive marketing campaigns to promote the institute and attract potential students
- Provide admission counseling to prospective students and their families
- Offer student counseling services to support student success and retention
- Conduct social impact assessments to measure the institute's effectiveness in the community
- Organize student seminars to showcase the institute's programs and facilities
- Create and execute admission planning to meet enrollment targets
