Responsibilities
The
Admission/Course Advisor plays a crucial role in the recruitment and admission process of prospective students for the college/university. The primary responsibilities include:
- Providing information and guidance to prospective students and their families about the admission process, academic programs, campus facilities, and financial aid options.
- Calling up and counselling prospective students about AND Academy and its program offerings through database and use of ERP.
- Calling target minimum 80-90 calls in a day and follow up on calls.
- Assisting students in completing application forms, submitting required documents, and meeting application deadlines.
- Conducting campus tours, information sessions, and recruitment events to attract and engage prospective students.
- Reviewing and evaluating student applications, transcripts, and test scores to determine eligibility for admission.
- Collaborating with academic departments, faculty, and staff to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.
- Participating in recruitment fairs, high school visits, and other outreach activities to promote the college/university.
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, application status, and recruitment activities.
- Adhering to ethical standards and best practices in college admissions and recruitment.
