Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Counselor located in Gurgaon. The Intake Counselor will be responsible for social work, communication, counseling, case management, and applying psychology techniques in the intake process to support and guide students effectively.
Qualifications
- Social Work, Counseling, and Case Management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Psychology concepts
- Empathy and active listening abilities
- Experience in student intake procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Previous experience in educational or counseling settings is a plus
