Student Counseling:
Guide prospective students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment. Provide detailed information about our programs, including curriculum, career opportunities, and the benefits of pursuing a career in logistics and SCM.Enrollment Management:
Actively manage and track the enrollment funnel, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants. Assist in processing applications, verifying documents, and maintaining accurate records.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to ensure successful student recruitment and retention.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in admissions events such as open houses, educational fairs, and campus tours to attract prospective students.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with potential students through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to address their queries and concerns.Reporting:
Regularly update and report on admission metrics, including the number of inquiries, applications received, and conversion rates.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align admissions strategies with the institute's goals and enhance the overall student experience.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student counseling, admissions, or a related role is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Probation Period: 3 months of training with a stipend of 12,000 per month.
- Post-Probation: Salary will be revised based on performance.
