JD FOR ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

SkillCircle's focuses on mentorship-driven training with our network of 100+ mentors, with an emphasis on practical learning and exposure.

Job Description:

Maintain a Constant Communication Channel with Leads Through Phone, Email, Chat and Social. Media During the Pre and Post-sales Processes.

Maintain a Detailed Database of all the Interactions with the Leads and Provide Constant. Feedback to the Student Experience Manager in Order to Optimise Lead Closure.

To Develop and Maintain a Positive Working Relationship with the Students.

Can Handle Sales Target Effectively.

What We are Looking For

Immediate joiner with good experience as Admission counsellor in an edtech company.

Excellent Written and Spoken Communication Skills (English Proficiency).

Strong Sales Bent of Mind, in Order to Understand and Effectively Communicate What Skill Circle is Offering to Its Prospective Students and Close Applications.

Approachable and Vibrant Personality.

Ability to Approach Any Situation with Patience and Very Strong Empathy.

Passion to Deliver the Highest Levels of Customer Service At all Times.

Basic Proficiency in Ms Office Suite (outlook, Word, Excel) is Preferable.

Demonstrated Highest Level of Integrity, Intellectual Honesty, and Strong Work Ethic

sharp, Analytical, and Thoughtful. Has Sound Judgment and Ability Solve On the Spot.

proven Ability to Successfully Thrive in An Ambiguous Environment and Changing Market Conditions.

Consistent Effort, Intense Commitment, Perseverance and Willingness to Go Above and Beyond When Needed.

WEEK OFF EITHER WILL BE FRIDAY OR SUNDAY.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Education Sales Counseling
