The role of Admission Counselor at Podar Education Network based in Gaya is a junior-level position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a fixed-term employment opportunity. The role involves working closely with prospective students and their families to facilitate the admission process.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in education.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Student Counselor or similar position in educational settings.
  • Proficiency in Communication Skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and persuasively.
  • Prior experience as an Education Counselor, helping students navigate their educational journeys.
  • Proven track record as a Counselor in handling inquiries and admissions processes.
  • Must have Admission Counselor (Mandatory skill) experience with a thorough understanding of admissions.
  • Effective Counselling (Mandatory skill) techniques to guide students and parents through the decision-making process.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to handle the admissions documentation efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, providing detailed information about programs and requirements.
  • Conduct informative sessions and orientations for students and parents to resolve admission-related queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of course offerings and prerequisites.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and community organizations to promote enrollment.
  • Manage application processes, including reviewing and processing admission documents and records.
