Responsibilities
- Proactive Outreach: Engage in outbound calls to prospective parents, introducing our diverse programs and providing insight into the range of services we offer.
- Inquiry Management: Skillfully address inquiries from potential parents regarding the admission process, curriculum, and other facets of our esteemed preschool and daycare facilities.
- Tour Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for center tours and diligently follow up with parents to confirm their attendance.
- Post-Tour Follow-up: After the tour or appointment, promptly follow up with prospective parents to respond to additional queries and offer any necessary support.
- Meticulous Record-Keeping: Maintain precise records of all calls, inquiries, appointments, and admissions, ensuring that all data is accurately entered into the relevant systems.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the admissions team regarding the efficacy of marketing strategies, outreach initiatives, and the overall admissions process.
- Diverse Support: Collaborate with the operations team on various tasks as the need arises.
- Build Relationships: Foster and sustain positive relationships with parents to effectively communicate changes to programs, and schedules, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in admissions or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of preschool and daycare programs and services.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational acumen with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, particularly in establishing rapport with families.
- Possess a friendly and welcoming personality that leaves a positive first impression.
