Job Overview:
The Admission Counselor cum Parent Relationship Manager will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for new students and maintaining strong relationships with parents. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the school's values and programs, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students.
Conduct school tours and provide detailed information about the school's programs, facilities, and values.
Assist families through the application and enrollment process.
Evaluate and process student applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding admission and general school inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to foster a supportive community.
Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by parents in a timely and professional manner.
Organize and facilitate parent engagement activities and events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement admission campaigns.
Prepare and distribute admission materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with prospective and current parents.
Assist with the organization and execution of school events and activities.
Prepare reports and presentations for school leadership regarding admission trends and parent feedback.
Manage and update the school's database and CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in an admissions or customer service role, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
