Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
Build partnerships with these clients with a focus on placements.
Work closely with academic departments and faculty to identify students for
placements and internships in various fields.
Create and manage a database of job listings and internship positions from partner companies.
Provide career counselling, resume building, and mock interview sessions to help students improve their job application materials and interview skills.
Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as resume writing, networking, and professional etiquette.
Maintain records of student placements, internships, and successful job matches.
Generate reports and analytics to showcase the institution's placement success and assist in data-driven improvements.
Stay updated with market trends, job market demands, and industry changes to align the institution's offerings with current industry needs.
Required Skills
5+ years of similar experience in EdTech or Recruitment/Placement domain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and
decision-making skills required
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to given SLAs.
