Job Description:As an
Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students and their families through the process of selecting and applying to universities abroad, in India and European countries as well, with a focus on MBBS programs. You will provide expert advice on academic programs, university requirements, and visa processes(Incase of abroad) while supporting students through every stage of their admissions journey.
Counsel students and parents on higher education options, especially MBBS programs in foreign countries/India.
- Provide detailed information on university selection, eligibility, entrance exams, admission procedures, and visa requirements.
Assist students in completing application forms, gathering necessary documentation, and meeting deadlines.- Evaluate students academic backgrounds and goals to recommend the best universities and programs.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, online or in-person, to understand students needs and career aspirations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in international education, including changes in admission procedures, scholarships, and visa regulations.
Coordinate with universities and international partners to ensure smooth admission processes.- Organize seminars, webinars, and events to provide information about studying abroad and address student queries.
Maintain relationships with students throughout the application process, ensuring their satisfaction and smooth transitions.
- Achieve student enrollment targets and contribute to the company's growth by increasing student outreach.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in education counseling, especially for abroad/European countries admissions.
Strong knowledge of MBBS programs abroad, including country-specific education systems and university admission processes.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple student cases and manage relationships with students and parents.
- Knowledge of visa application procedures for countries like Russia, Georgia, Belarus and European nations is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
