Job Title: Admission Counselor

Location: Jaipur

Responsibilities For Admission Counselor

Plan, monitor and provide tracking of prospective Students in assigned programs/courses.

Conduct a phone call with prospective students (Evaluates the prospective student's needs, interests and qualifications while providing clear guidance on program offering and their eligibility criteria.)

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all the courses and market trends program updates.

Responsible for courses/programs guidelines that may be offered fully online, face-to-face, or in a blended format.

Conduct informational sessions to inform prospective students about program offerings, admission requirements, and application procedures.

Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admission process, including application submission, documentation review, and enrollment.

• Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms, to maintain regular contact with prospective students and address their inquiries in a timely manner.

Assist in development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract prospective students from diverse interests.

Collaborate with faculty, support services and B2C sales experience.

Qualification for Admission Counselor

Bachelor's degree.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse audience.

Proficiency in MS-Office and familiarity with CRM software preferred.

Previous admission advising or counseling experience.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Target oriented and help students to guide towards their career goal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
