Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in engaging with potential students, guiding them through the admission process, and helping them understand the value of our programs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to conduct follow-ups, and a target-driven approach to admissions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students, providing program information and addressing inquiries.
- Schedule and take Zoom or introductory sessions with potential students as needed to guide them on the benefits and structure of our courses.
- Take full ownership of the calling process, including follow-ups, reminders, and supporting students through the entire admission journey.
- Achieve a monthly conversion target, successfully enrolling at least 5% of leads or a minimum of 10 students.
- Track and report on lead conversion and follow-up activities.
- Maintain records of interactions with leads and ensure a smooth admission process.
Targets and Incentives:
- Monthly Target: Convert a minimum of 10 students.
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for achieving targets above the monthly goal.
- Salary Impact: Salary will be affected if monthly conversion targets are not met.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Background in Education or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of psychology and personal development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or relevant field
Salary: INR 1,20,000 per year
