Assisting parents in admissions to help them prepare for, select, and get into the right program
Anticipating customer needs and constantly seek new ways to create interest in the companys products and services
Making out-bound calls on the leads provided by the support team (Marketing, Admin-support, online leads, etc.)
Coordinating with different centers, making appointments, arranging walk-ins to centers, assisting in conversions
Engaging a lead continuously throughout the customer life cycle
Maintaining and updating leads by using the existing tracking methods
Staying current with admission processes and requirements, programs, curriculum, fee structure, and developments in offers and campaigns
Reviewing materials, and assisting in the admissions decision making process
