As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students who are seeking to study in Canada and Australia. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the admission process and requirements for international universities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in education counseling or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of admission processes for international universities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Punjabi
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding admission processes for international universities
- Assist students in preparing applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Advise students on course selection, program requirements, and university options
- Stay updated with the admission requirements and policies of various international universities
- Coordinate with university representatives and assist in organizing university visits and events
- Maintain students records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective students
- Collaborate with the academic team to provide seamless support to students
