Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to prospective students who have expressed interest in our AI degree programs.
- Conduct consultations to understand student needs, aspirations, and suitability for the programs.
- Provide detailed information about program offerings, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
Enrollment Management:
- Guide students through the application process, ensuring they complete all necessary steps.
- Monitor and track student progress, addressing any concerns or obstacles they encounter.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of junior academic counselors, providing training and ongoing support.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, monitoring their progress and providing feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to ensure team success.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive student enrollments and meet or exceed enrollment targets.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for student recruitment, including partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and other organizations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment activities.
- Prepare regular reports on enrollment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and enhance the student experience.
