Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at EntreLogy Business School in Pune. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, sales support and education guidance to prospective students. This role is crucial in helping potential students navigate the admissions process and ensuring their conversion to the program.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Knowledge of higher education admissions processes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students via phone, email, physical out-reach and in-person consultations to provide information about our programs and admission procedures.
- Assess the needs and goals of prospective students, tailoring conversations to effectively address their concerns and questions.
- Utilize strong communication and convincing skills to guide students through the application process and encourage them to enroll.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program offerings, admission requirements and industry trends to provide accurate and valuable information.
- Track and report on admissions activities, conversions and outcomes to meet performance targets.
