Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor/BDA at Aimlay located in Rohini. The role will involve providing assistance and counselling to candidates, handling sales and customer service tasks, and promoting education courses offered by Aimlay.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct proactive and engaging inside sales activities to convert leads into enrolled students.

- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of educational programs and admission processes to assist prospective students in making informed decisions.

- Effectively communicate program details, admission requirements, and financial considerations to potential students.

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions both in-person and through virtual channels.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and enrollment status.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall admission experience for students.
