ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (CHENNAI & HYDERABAD)
Roles & Responsibilities:- Prepare Weekly &Monthly, reports.
Handling communication with clients and vendors via phone, email and in person.
- Generate Leads, Cold calling and support the Marketing team.
Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering calls, processing mail, etc- Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Managing office stock, preparing regular reports and organizing company records.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
Monitor office operations.- Coordinate in-house and external events.
Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business.
Skills Required:
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.- Solid knowledge of office procedures.
Basic Accounting Knowledge.
- Able to multi task & prioritize work effectively.
Proficiency in English.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
Qualification-B Com/M Com/MBA- Preferred Female candidates from Chennai & Hyderabad.
Should be able to speak the local language of mentioned location. (Chennai & Hyderabad).
