We are seeking an experienced Administrator Premium III (IAM) to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our identity and access management systems to ensure the security and privacy of our organization's data. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in IAM and related technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain our identity and access management systems
- Ensure the security and privacy of our organization's data
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to IAM
- Monitor and analyze system logs to identify security threats
- Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve IAM-related issues
- Provide training and support to end-users on IAM systems and policies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies and industry trends
Skills and Qualifications :
- 7-10 years of experience in IAM and related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of IAM systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML
- Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, and OneLogin
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
