We are seeking an experienced Administrator Premium III (IAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 7-11 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain identity and access management (IAM) policies and procedures
- Create and manage user accounts, groups and roles
- Implement and enforce security controls for IAM systems
- Monitor IAM system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Provide technical support to users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of IAM systems
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7-11 years of experience in IAM administration
- Experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access control
- Experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and Ping
- Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
