Job Description

Job Description:

1. Lab Boy Management

a. Roster follow-up

b. Compliance document inspection for all Lab boys

c. Substitution in place of absent Lab Boy

d. Break system data analysis with replacement

e. Monthly attendance maintenance and final approval for payment

2. Repairs & Maintenance

a. Daily floor-walk to check areas for repairs

b. Assign vendor with competitive quotes & arrange for repair works

c. Inform Engineering team for repairs related to labs & corridors

3. Horticulture

a. Assign gardeners for planting/trimming saplings

b. Check new areas for plantation & grass trimming of lawn

c. Check daily watering is done to all horticulture areas

4. Security/CCTV/Vigilance

a. Security Roster follow-up

b. Assign staff at required gates for guest visit

c. Compliance follow-up, break-the- service and adherence to Guard-Board rules

d. Monthly attendance maintenance and final approval for payment

e. Follow-up on vigilance by security staff at sensitive areas

f. CCTV maintenance from vendor

5. Break Service & Reshuffle of Contract Labour

a. Ensure breaks in services of OCL staff are given as per TAT

b. Assign old & new OCL staff for overlapped training

c. Advance information to user on OCL staff nearing break

6. SLA & Commercials

a. Service Level Agreements to be prepared and entered in Legal Connect

b. Prepare agreements with proper terms & condition clauses under supervision from HOD

c. Follow-up with Legal team for additions/deletions as per department discretion

7. Parking Management

a. Train Security staff to allocate vehicles for parking at designated zone

b. Arrange parking of vehicles temporarily in case existing parking zone is fully occupied
