Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence on behalf of the team.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.Document Management:
Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Entry: Input and update data in various systems and databases accurately.
Support:
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed, including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred. Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) is a plus.Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
