Mandate Skill : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on the development and enhancement of our Unica Product Platform. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining critical components of Unica, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions. Detail JD : 1. Software Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for the UNICA product. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in UNICA-specific technologies. Implement features and functionality according to product requirements. 2. UNICA Product Enhancement: Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the UNICA product by staying informed about industry trends and incorporating best practices. Participate in discussions to define and prioritize new features, enhancements, and technical debt reduction initiatives. 3. System Architecture: Work closely with architects to contribute to the overall system architecture and design decisions for the UNICA. Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the software components. 4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the UNICA software. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to identify and resolve software defects. 5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand and refine product requirements.
