Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator at DOSHI ACCOUNTANTS (S) PRIVATE LIMITED. The Administrator will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling correspondence. The Administrator will also assist in maintaining accurate records and files, organizing documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
